It Is well with my soul

The time I cherish the most is in the morning in bed, with a cup of tea and my bible.

I find the more time I spend with the Lord the closer and more intimate our relationship becomes. He not only knows me but I dive into the very heart of God and my desires begin to line up with His will.

I’d like to encourage you to spend time with Him daily, as this will change your relationship immensely. You will not only see change in the way you live but your soul will be forever transformed.

Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him. Psalm 65:5

Look to the Lord and his strength; seek his face always. 1 Chronicles 16:11

Song of the day: Hillsong – Wonder

Enjoying this song very much. They will be on the Today Show on June 14 so tune in if you get a chance. I can’t wait to see how far God brings these guys.

God is breaking down barriers, opening doors and the gospel is being spread through music. What an exciting time we live in. For such a time as this!

Praise be to God.

Stay the Path

It’s the day after the elections and half the people are outraged the other half are thrilled.

I want to encourage believers to stay the course, no matter what is happening in the world Jesus is STILL on the thrown and always will be. Let us not forget our call and who we are. The bible says we are  a chosen people.

Jesus specifically says ” You did not chose me, but I chose you” John 15:6.

“As it  is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world” John 15:19

These verses are incredible and demonstrate the loving nature of our Father. The fact that He would chose us and set us apart from the world is mind boggling in itself. What a gift and honour it is to be chosen!

So I want to encourage you to stay the path and lets run this race together. Try not to get wrapped up in the political garbage and fix your eyes on the author and finisher of your faith who is Christ Jesus.

Stay blessed

You are Powerful

You are Powerful beyond measure. His Word says that the power of life and death is on the tongue. So as you go into your week remember to speak life and not death into your life and into the lives of those around you.

Ephesians 4:29 – Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.

You are Powerful! x
